Sham El-Nessim Customs Sham El-Nessim is a pharaonic custom inherited from the Pharaohs to this day. Where the Egyptians salt fish for a long time for this occasion. On April 21 of each year, they eat salted fish and go to the parks on this day.

Thus, in Luxor, the birthday of Abu Al-Hajjaj (an Egyptian Sufi whose lineage goes back to our master Hussein bin Ali) is celebrated. In the Pharaonic way, they carry the boat on their shoulders and move it for fear of envy. And dragging the sailboat to the shore, they chant loudly and chant in words considered ancient Pharaonic words.
